Combination
Services: 10% will be taken off the
total price when receiving three or more
services in any one visit by any one
client.
Gift Certificates:
The Spa is happy to offer gift
certificates for either a specific
service or services or a dollar amount
for any special occasion. Gratuity is
not included in gift certificate prices.
Once gift certificates are purchased,
they are non-refundable. Gift
certificates expire 6 months after
purchase.
* FYI - Arrivals: An early arrival, at
least 10-15 minutes, is suggested so
that you may relax and not feel rushed
into your services. Due to scheduling,
late arrivals will receive the fullest
time the schedule will allow; however
the full price of the original service
will be charged.
Cancellations: In order to better serve
you, we request a four-hour cancellation
notice for all services so that we may
rebook this time. For three or more
services, we require a 24-hour
cancellation notice and ask that a
credit card or gift certificate be used
to hold
your appointments. Less than 24 hours
notice will result in your being charged
half of the full amount of your service
total. If you are a no-show for your
services you will be charged the full
service amount. For your convenience, we
have a answering system for after hours
calls and cancellations.
